    Hi,
When I first installed the plugin it worked just fine but now the slideshow only plays if you are in edit mode in Elementor. When you visit the homepage it only shows a single slide and never scrolls

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @mdknight,

    Thank you for explaining!

It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate Strong Testimonials and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.

Please let me know how it goes and what you find!

    All the best,
    Beatrice.

    Hi Beatrice,
I have added that plugin and activated strong testimonials and the Twenty Twenty-One them and the testimonials don’t play on the page. I will dig through the hosting error logs to see if there are any clues there.

    Hi Beatrice,
I have already tried that as well, still no change.

    Hello @mdknight,

Can you please send us a list of the theme and plugins you use?
We tested it on our end and everything works properly. We need to investigate further.

    Warmly,
    Beatrice.

    Hello @mdknight,

    Thank you for the list!

We tested it on our end with the plugins and the theme you have and everything is displayed properly. Can you please try to add the slider on another page? It should work on another page because on the one you have something that is causing trouble to the scripts so the issue is not coming from our plugin.

    Warmly,
    Beatrice.
