Slideshow Option Missing

    I want to add a slideshow of photos onto a page but the slideshow option that is referenced to on WordPress help and Wikihow help is not there – both show a ‘slideshow’ option within galleries but I don’t have it – I’ve removed all plugins and am using just a default layout – any help please?

    Hello,

    This might be related to quite popular confusion between .com and .org, as there’s no built-in galleries in WordPress CMS, but there are galleries and slideshows in WP.com product.
    If you’re sure that you’re using WordPress CMS, you can easily add slideshows via third-party plugins from WordPress Plugin Directory.
