Slideshow will not allow a replacement image
-
This is the website I am attempting to update an image on. In the slideshow, the 2nd entry, the logo is outdated and I wanted to add the new one to it.
I go to the page and attempt to remove the image and it doesn’t do anything, then I try the upload button and it also does not respond. I then click the upload button along with the apple button which opens up a new window for me and allows me to interact with the image option, etc. So I would attempt to “add new image” and it shows up in the box with the correct image, but as soon as I ‘update page’ it seems to remove the image, and leaves a link in place of the logo showing up. I do not think this is a plugin that the person web person downloaded for the slideshow and just what is built into wordpress, but I can be wrong. I am pretty new to all of this as well and hoping I’m not just missing something obvious.
The theme this page uses is ‘abundance’.

After update/refreshing page, the new logo image disappearshttp://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll167/TACCAservices/Screen%20Shot%202015-08-17%20at%209.17.15%20AM_zps98fapls6.png
After new image is added and the page is updated1. I do not know why the admin page does not respond with removing the old image or trying to upload a new logo.
2. I do not know why when I do try to add the new logo and update the page why it disappears. Plus clicking the link shows the new image and a video (which I have no idea where it’s coming from).

As that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
No worries, thanks so much for the re-direct! I wasn’t sure where to even start. ^.^
You’re welcome!
