– Your currently used theme is not in the ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/ directory.

What’s the url of this theme?
Sorry I am computer illiterate where will I find the URL to this.
This was done yesterday as an upgrade to the previous.
I didn’t pay for it as far as I am aware and it was on the wordpress themes

You are using a theme called “Thesis 17”.
There is no such theme in the WP free theme directory.
My suggestion is to contact the theme’s developers and let them know the issue you are having with it after you updated your WP to 4.3.1
it says I am using WordPress 4.3.1
thats what was downloaded yesterday

– Before you do that, let’s rule out any theme specific issue.
– Try switching to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen theme for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue.
– After switching to the default Twenty Fifteen theme, view your site and see if the issue is resolved or not.
Before viewing your site, try flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Also, any op cache or content network cache, as well as Cloudflare, clear those caches.
