Hi,
I think I might be a little biased in answering this question 😉 Plus, I haven’t used Analytics in years, so I’m not sure how to address your request. Let’s see if other users want to chime in.
Cheers,
Camu

Hey Camu, in google analytics there is a section which let us see the keywords people search in google and the site comes up in results. Many of these keywords labled as NP (not provided). Can I see these keywords in slim stat?
Blame the NSA for that 😉 Unfortunately Google is now encrypting those keywords and there is no way for us to know what they were 🙁

Lol 😀
I was searching about this, and a few sites claim they can show not provided keywords such as below, what do you think?

From a quick look at the kind of hosted service they both offer, I can see how they rely on traffic patterns inferred from the large amount of data they collect on behalf of their users. SlimStat does not have this luxury, simply because our users own their data, which is stored locally on their servers. But I’ll keep an eye on the issue to see if something new comes up.

Hi Camu
Recently I decided not to use WP-PostViews. Because it is in real time, directly change database and uses a lot of resource on server.
But I want to show the number of views of posts in meta tag of each post. Now can I do this with your plugin? Is it better in aspect of resource use in compare of wp post views?
I cannot answer your question to compare Slimstat to WP Post Views as I’ve never used that plugin before 🙂 However our plugin is not very resource intensive, and you can use Javascript Mode to defer the tracker so that it doesn’t interfere with the page being loaded. As for showing views, you may want to take a look at our free Shortcodes add-on, which does what you need.
