    I expect someone from support to reply with the usual “this doesn’t sound right, please contact us for help”.

    This is just a note that I already tried that and they required one of their (insanely expensive) premium plans to even look into the issue. Even though I provided all the info about how a particular section of code in their plugin was causing the slow down.

    Did you contact us via email or in this forum thread? We would like to track down the conversation to understand what happened.

    If the issue you reported is related to something in Jetpack slowing down your site, you should not need to upgrade to a paid plan to troubleshoot the problem, at least.

    We’re happy to dig further, so we look forward to your reply.
