In fact there’re could be many reasons of the gallery slow loading. Conflicts with installed plugin, your theme or gallery issue 🙂
Provide URL of the webpage you added gallery and I’ll try to fix it

As I see in our internal support – there are no problems for now in our plugin for you, but rating from you is still 1 star – that is really low for plugin that work good. Can you please tell me – do you still see some issues on your site in our plugin?
