slow calls

I have query monitor installed and looks like after the upgrade i get this
HTTP API call: “cURL error 51: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK” look like this slows down the page the call happens with this request https://wpbrigade.com/wp-json/wpbrigade/v1/plugins?addons=loginpress-pro-add-ons
I use the latest Version 1.1.23.
