The plugin Resize Image After Upload shouldn’t affect the upload of other file types. The issue is probably either coming from your site or other plugins.

Really exactly this what happen and i install other plugin and it work fine without any issue,

I am definitely seeing this plugin triggered when uploading mp4 files. ImageMagick is run which delegates the file type (“mpeg:decode”) to ffmpeg. This creates a temp file that fills up the disk, and ffmpeg generates a high server load while. A 100 MB video file generates a 20+ GB temp file.
When this plugin is disabled, I do not see this behavior.
Using all current versions of WordPress and this plugin.
