Slow, non-caring support

I had problem with WooCommerce translations, so WC support suggested I should try strings editor, but that did not help. So I waited 5 hours, that someone will suggest, how fix my translation problem with this string editor, but there was silence. I wasted whole day waiting for the answer. For all that money Woocommerce earns they really could not professionally translate WC in all European languages? Lazy company and slow support! Avoid!
