Hi @ludoviccharlier,
what redirect option have you enabled in the plugin? When possible, we recommend to enable the .htaccess redirect option as it’s generally the fastest option available.
Hi @markwolters ,
Thank you for your message.
Currently, my client uses these settings : https://snipboard.io/wLAKHP.jpg
I suppose we must enable the “enable the 301 .htaccess” ? I hope it won’t create other conflicts with other extensions that already write in htaccess (wp rocket, wordfence, etc…)
Thank you.

Hi @ludoviccharlier,
that’s correct. The .htaccess redirect will work fine with other plugins that use .htaccess. I don’t expect any issues after enabling it.
Hi @ludoviccharlier,
The page load speed seems good; https://tools.pingdom.com/#5fecf26cf8000000
Is this resolved?

Hello,
No the problem is still there when we put only in the url retis.be, it seems it creates multiple redirection from http://retis.be to https://retis.be, then from https://retis.be to https://www.retis.be as you can see on my video here : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qliuaBvZ6w3ysDfM9B25NAuIzjbZVe-0/view
Any ideas ?
The multiple redirection is the correct setup for security purposes:

It is possible to bypass this duplicate redirect, as described in the article, but this is not recommended.
As Google indexes the canonical URL, the redirect will rarely experienced by a regular user. My recommendation would be to leave it as it is, or to tackle the slowness on the server itself, by looking at the hosting setup.
Ok, thank you for your advises. We will change hosting so 🙂
Have a nice day,
