Hi @casovino,
I really appreciate you taking the time to share those screenshots. I know how frustrating performance issues can feel, especially when different tools seem to report different things.
I tried to reproduce the results on my side by running PSI with only WooCommerce and WooPayments active, but I’m not seeing the same findings you mentioned. For reference, here are the PSI reports I generated:
Both reports look fairly consistent and don’t show the hCaptcha, fingerprinted Stripe JS, or the other large third‑party payloads that appear in your screenshots.
Would you be kind enough to walk me through how you were able to reproduce those results on your end? From the layout and the way the tables are displayed, it doesn’t look like the official PSI website. Could you confirm which tool or plugin you’re using to generate those reports?
I also tried searching for some of the entries you shared (like the hCaptcha and fingerprinted Stripe files), but they don’t appear anywhere in my PSI results. The Google Tag Manager entries you’re seeing would normally come from a third‑party integration rather than WooPayments itself.
Once we know exactly which tool produced your screenshots, we can run the same test on our side and compare apples to apples.
Looking forward to your reply so we can dig deeper together.
It seems we haven’t heard back from you for a while, so I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. Feel free to reach out whenever you’re ready to continue.
We’d really appreciate if you could take a moment to leave us a review: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce-payments/reviews/
