Slow photo processing

    I have a question concerning photo import. I just made an update of WPPA to the latest version (6.1.14) and am now experiencing a very slow photo import. The photos I am trying to import have a maximum size of 1000×1000 pixels and I would assume that it should be fast. At this time the import of an individual photo takes more than 1min. Is there any setting that I can change to speed up the process? I do not remember the version that I was using before. My last wordpress updates were probably from 1-2 months ago. Everything worked fast at that time.

    Install plugin wp-optimize and run the standard optimizations.

    If you do not use iptc and/or exif data, uncheck Table IX-H7 and/or IX-H8
