Do you have a link to where we can see the form and try it out ourselves?
While I don’t think it was instant, it does seem to process everything, specifically via the AJAX/”no refresh” version of submission process. However, it doesn’t appear to be giving any output of success either.
Did you get one or two new signups just now for a “Constant Contact Forum Support” name?
I received none from “Constant Contact Forum Support” Tried refreshing Constant Contact but it doesn’t show any new contacts (only the previous ones I’ve tested myself)
Can we try the form out without the “no refresh” setting used?

Just re-submitted. From what I was able to observe, it seems like the bottleneck for the form to fully submit is waiting for Facebook Connect to process. Hard to say from my point of view right now what Facebook integration you may have with the site right now.
