Hi there,
If you’re using caching, there shouldn’t be any difference in load time as the output is the same as it was before roughly. Do you have a site url where you’re seeing this? We might be able to help narrow down the cause

Just some more info.
I don’t know what’s causing it (obviously) as in I can’t see extra load times on resources etc. But while diagnosing my Pingdom speed test on oranamodels.com, I get around 5sec with MontsterInsights turned off.
Turn it back on and I get over 10sec loads.
Only caching I have is via Autoptimize plugin and also caching via CloudFlare.

Hi there,
If you want, we’d be happy to login to your site and take a look (contact us via monsterinsights.com/contact). My initial thought based on looking at the site is it might be related to the setting of AutoOptimize to strip inline JS from the head.

Just submitted the form.
Have tried disabling Autoptimize but made little difference. Made my score worse but load times not much change.
Investigating via form on our site. Looks just like DB calls from mostly Revslider are the issue. Have sent an email
I would like to reopen this. Have sent a few more emails regarding this issue.
I still think MonsterInsights is the issue.
I sent a couple of emails to support yesterday detailing why everything points to this plugin. It’s all very compelling.
I just can’t workout if it is a problem with the plugin itself or it is just a symptom of something else.
Hi there,
Please try updating to the new 6.0.11 release and let me know if the issue persists.
Thanks,
Chris
