slow support

Hello,

why your support is so slow? We asking basic questions and it takes 5 takes and we still have no feedback. Same for paid users. We manage for example +20 subscriptions for our clients and every time when we create an support ticket we know: it will take weeks for simple feedback. For example this ticket id is also 5 days old and stay without any feedback: #616529

We need to write with all +20 subscription an negativ feedback to make something happen in a ticket or you going to reply to our ticket without negativ feedback? And why you are so slow in your free and paid support?
