Slow support

I don’t like throwing negative stuff into the world. But with all these reviews saying support is great, my experience is the opposite. If you can’t respond to a ticket within a week — then your support is not that great and lacking. Sorry to say it.
EDIT: Here is my revised review, since the ticket has been picked up just now and handled properly. I can totally understand if something can take a bit longer than usual. Just make sure going forward to at least provide an update or heads up so everyone knows what to expect.
