Slow uploads and server dropping connection

    I am consistently having problems with brutally slow page uploads and often the server drops my connection.

    My site (cvilleblotter.com) has a lot of images and links on the home page. Not sure if the problem could lie there or not.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Talk to GoDaddy (your web host) or your local ISP; I doubt very much it has anything to do with your WordPress install itself, and those two things are the first to investigate, anyway. Pinging from here shows the server is dropping the connection. Your images in “The Lead” section are a bit too large, though.
