slowdown in posting and confirmation of post – plugin conflict?

    I have been using wpclassipress theme and it has slowed down..
    my site is a free classified ads, where people can ad their own listing… site can be found at http://www.classifiedads.ph

    my problem is that when someone including myself posts an AD..
    it takes forever to get the confirmation that it posted it. It seems to be doing something but I am not quite sure… If you try to post the ad you will get stuck on the ad page and will only see the ad later on .. and only if you click on home or type in http://www.classifiedads.ph

    I am not sure if there is a conflict with the plugins i used.. or something wrong with the code.. i have run the theme on other sites and dont have a problem…

    It was a plugin conflict with YARPP
