We have noticed that when the tracker plugin is active that our website response time is very slow. Is there a compatibility issue with woocommerce?

Hi @andersondesign215,

Thanks for your comments. There are no compatibility issues with woocommerce. Our plugin uses the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php (AJAX) to track the visits, this might cause slow performance if the server where the site is hosted has wrong configuration. This answer recommends turning off heartbeat. That’s not a server configuration problem. There are pros and cons to turning off heartbeat, read more here:
