I’ve checked and re-checked and the gallery slows down the site to the point where the page that features the gallery doesn’t load at all. I’m using the free version.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello. dear user, please tell me how many images did you upload into the gallery and what size they have? The size and number of images can slow the gallery it’s normal process, but it can not be so much that you should worry. That’s why we will need to see your page link with the gallery and understand if you have any other error or not.
