This plugin slows down our website because the javascript of recaptcha is loaded 6(!!!) times on a page. What can you do to solve this?

This plugin loads its script only when needed, and only one time. There may have other plugins which add more script. As you are using CF7 you can follow https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha/getting-started-advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha/implement-in-contact-form-7/ to properly setup this plugin with CF7.
