Hello Hekys,
Thanks for reaching out.
The issue is not clear. Are you trying to update the slug for a particular post but you are unable to do so? Or do you mean you can’t enter those slug above?

Hey,
The first one is live on the website. Now I’m trying to create the second one but it’s not possible.
Is there an error you get? If no error, if you deactivate the Yoast SEO temporarily, does your desired slug work?

It’s not working. It says the categories cannot be updated.
@hekys Thanks for your reply. Can you please let us know what type of pages each of the URLs are? For example, is the first URL a page, post, etc and the second a category?

Both are categories on the blog.
Hi @hekys
We understand you’ve created a category with the slug /hair-clippers/wahl/ and now you’re trying to publish a new category with the slug /cordless-hair-clippers/wahl/ and it says “categories cannot be updated”.
Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the exact message when you try and create the 2nd category page? You can use snipboard.io or another similar service to upload a screenshot and share a link with us here.
If you were to temporarily disable the Yoast SEO plugin, are you able to create the 2nd category?
