I have an ecommerce site. I get a list of product Costs from the manufacture. Is it possible to add a slug that is the cost plus a markup? Say I want to add $3.50 to every product.

Assuming you’re using WooCommerce, you could use our “Adjust Prices” section for this: https://d.pr/i/Ci5buV. If you need more control than that you can write a custom PHP function instead and use it in the regular price field: http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/developers/execute-php/.
