Hi,
How did you manage to translate the slug if you not use the pro version, then? Slug translation is only available in the pro plugin. If you have an outdated version, you should just disable it and the slugs translations will not be triggered anymore.
Kind Regards,
This is what I told you, I am not subscribed to the pro version, however there is one link that has been translated and the link does not work either.
I need help to delete this translation because the translation page is not work because I am on the free version.
I tried disabling the plugin and enabling it again and it did not solve the problem.

Hi,
The link https://alfrensia.com/ar/العلامة التجارية/asus/ redirets to https://alfrensia.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/ASUS.png URL.
You may have a redirection applied with another plugin or something.
The case is not related to our plugin, as soon as on https://alfrensia.com/en/brand/asus/ when changing the langauge, the brand slug does not change, https://alfrensia.com/ar/brand/asus/.
I have disabled all add-ons and the problem is not solved. I need a way to remove the translation of this link because I am in the free version and I cannot access the page for translating the link.

العلامة-التجارية translation applied automatically it comes from WordPress’ built-in translation files for that taxonomy, not from TranslatePress. In the free version there’s no option to remove or customize that, so even if you will use the pro version, that link will probably keep the wrong translation.
You can contact us directly on our website if you want to try this, but as it looks right now, the issue is not related to our side since the pro plugin is not active.
You have the problem and the translation was done to the link through your plugin.
It seems that this is a problem you have and you do not know why it happened.
Can you solve it and send me the translation location for the links in the database?

Slug translation does not happen if you do not have the pro plugin active. Anything related to slugs is managed by the pro plugin. If you have never had the pro plugin installed, the translation has nowhere to come from our files. Have you ever had the pro plugin installed and translated slugs? If not, the problem definitely comes from somewhere else, being outside our support area. As I already suggested, check the WordPress’ built-in translation files for that taxonomy.
However, if you had the pro plugin before, we recommend that you write to us on the website about the problem.
Thank you for understanding.
