• Hi,
I found a very big php_error log and it was full of this issue:
WordPress database error Table … sm_sessions’ doesn’t exist for query …
This table is used by Awesome support.
I’ve tried to unistall Awesome support and install it again but there is the same issue.
How can I fix that, please?
    Thanks in advance
    Best regards

    Hi @casetta,

First, let’s check if there is a conflict with your theme and one of your plugins. Please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default theme temporarily. If the issue might continue with only having the Awesome Support plugin on, please send us the error messages complete so that we can check.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
    thanks for your help.
Yes, I can test without other plugins, but What I want to point out is that the table is not really in the database. The sm_sessions table does not exist in my DB.

    HI @casetta,

There might be something in your system settings that prevent the plugin to create the table. What were the test results while deactivating the other plugins (this might help to see if there is a plugin that prevents the creation of that table)?

If the issue continues, I will send the gathered data to the developers for further investigation.

    Regards.

    Hi,
I installed Awesome support in a test site and copy the table missing in my real site.
Now, It seams to work fine.
