WOW this slider is a huge achievement for FSE/block-based design! Better than all the rest so far. Congrats!

    Noticed a few tiny bugs:

    1. Playing with all the controls and it took me a while to figure out that you have clamp 30 padding on the flexicontent parent item. for some reason that’s one of the only values that doesn’t pre-populate in the little boxes like all the other values seem to. (flexi content > style navigation all show their default values. border radius shows its default of 50px.)
    2. On parent element Flexi content > General > Layout height default is px > change layout height to %… slider still goes to 1000. For Max Width it correctly stops at 100 since the default is %. The default values so not show in these two fields either. (they seem to be around 500px and 80%?)
    3. the lines around the text fields are so light they are barely visible — makes it hard for users to realize there are fields to fill out

    4. If a BASE slider and a FLEXI slider are both inserted in the same page, using the navigation controls on the BASE slider will also move the FLEXI slider at the same time. Using the FLEXI nav controls does not affect the BASE slider.

    Missing feature:

All the mobile/table/desktop controls are really amazing and work well. The only thing missing is the option under navigation to hide in the table and/or mobile views. (since the container goes to 100% width, the controls eat up a lot of space when they are set to “outside” on mobile, or they end up covering a lot of the content if they’re inside).

PS: If there are 2 flexi sliders on one page, the controls of the second flexi slider will activate both flexi sliders, but the controls of the first flexi slider will not affect the second. (so there must be some kind of specificity thing happening)

Thanks a lot for testing this so thoroughly. The points you mentioned are really helpful — especially about the padding clamp, layout height defaults, and the field visibility issues. We’ll address these bugs in the next update so things feel much smoother.

Also, the note about multiple Flexi sliders on one page is super valuable. I’ll make sure we handle that scenario properly so the controls behave consistently.

If you notice anything else or have more ideas on how we can improve the experience, please feel free to share. I’ll definitely consider and implement any suggestion that seems really needed. Thanks again for your patience and support.

    Hi @jhmonroe

The issues you mentioned have been solved and I also added the new feature you suggested, responsive control for navigation. Please update to v1.0.8 and check it out. If you find any new issues, please share here and if it really needed, I will implement it.

    Thanks
