Small Changes to my WordPress site

I am trying to make a few small changes

1. REMOVE the title (the Augustan) and subtitle (Minority Culture in Augustan) from the upper left-hand corner of the site. I’d like to do this without simply deleting them from my dashboard as this also removes the title from the top of my browser.

2. REMOVE the •HOME button from beneath the header block. I’d like to make the header block the acting home button.
