small css bug in admin

    Hi, in the 404 table of redirection plugin it gives a 404 for SU admin area

    Reason: in seo-ultimate/plugin/sdf/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.admin.css it tries to load

    url('../fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.woff2') format('woff2'),

    in @font-face which is not avaliable.
