Smart Contracts Won’t Deploy

I tried deploying both an ICO and an ERC20 on rinkby testnet. In both cases when I click deploy Metamask does not popup. The page just reloads. I have disabled all the plugins I could. Metamask is up to date.  Wordpress is up to date.  I can’t update WP Smart Contracts plugin because the newest version doesn’t support ICOs.  I tried twenty twenty theme. Can you please help me resolve this issue?
