Smart Payment Buttons

The traditional PayPal ExpressCheckout buttons (images) are deprecated now (see https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/express-checkout/integration-guide/ECUIRequirements/) (they are still supported for legacy apps though).

The new Smart Payment Buttons allow much more customization and should also fix the missing image for a language issue (see https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/image-src-locale-issues/), see https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/direct/express-checkout/integration-jsv4/
