Smart Slider 2 plugin updates

I just uploaded Smart Slider 2 after purchasing it, and it immediately had an update indicated on the plugins page. However, when I click on -view version details- it opens up a box for a different plugin. The box is titled Plugin Information: Nextend Smart Slider 2 Full, but the content of the box is some other plugin, and it’s not always the same one. I’ve seen 6-8 different plugins by different developers, old and new, appear as content in the box. I’ve deleted the Smart Slider plugin and reinstalled it, with the same results.

I’ve contacted the developer, but I’m not sure if this problem is with them or if it’s a WP thing, or if I’ve been hacked.

I’m curious if anyone has seen something like this before.
