    Hello,

I just realized I’ve got an issue with the slider. There isn’t any error in the console and I didn’t made any modifications recently except plugin updates.

On my test environement where I also made these plugin updates, there isn’t any issue on the slider.

Could you please help me ?

    Hi @arnaudv33,

Can you please make a plugin conflict test?

You could try deactivating all of your plugins but Smart Slider 3 and see if that solves the problem. If it works that way, enable your plugins one by one or in small groups to find the one that has the error.

And you can try to reinstall Smart Slider 3, delete it from your plugin list, and install it again.

Don’t worry, your sliders will stay!

I tried to switch the theme and it seems to be a theme issue.

    Thanks for your help.

The issue comes from the child theme but there is nothing about the slider or anything which can affect it. Do you have any idea?

    Hi @arnaudv33

Currently I don’t see any console error on your site. But what I do see is that the closing </head> tag is missing. Can you check the (child) theme’s header.php to see if it’s there?

If you can see it there, then the problem can be an output buffer problem: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1539-output-buffer-problems
If the Output Buffer tester plugin doesn’t show any result, during the plugin conflict test keep checking your page source (right click on your site and select View Page Source) for the </head> tag.
You’ll know that the problem occurred once the </head> tag disappears again. Deactivate the plugin you activated last and proceed to see that the </head> tag remains when all other plugins are active.

You are the best! I looked for everything except that!
