SmartMag Logo Change Issues

When going into the appearance section on my website, the top logo (and all other variants) appear disabled in the backend. I cannot upload fresh imagery but seemingly have access to all other options and can save settings, but clicking the image change options doesn’t work. I am not sure how I start to rectify this problem.
