When I launch the app on my smartphone after clicking the button, I only see the cross to close it. The rest of the donation page is hidden.
It seems like the layout is too large for my smartphone.

Can anyone give me a tip on this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @diederikdm,

Glad you reached out, happy to help. When I access your donation link here https://sosgaza.be/sos-gaza/, I see the same behavior on a laptop screen as well even when I go to access the donation form directly here https://sosgaza.be/donations/sos-gaza-donatie-formulier/ There is a jQuery console error in the browse. Here is a link to a screenshot: https://loom.com/i/40320b7b082441c6b09bb5935b41e3e1

For the next step, I would suggest to install the Health Check plugin here:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/

It basically allows you to test your site by deactivating all plugins at once when you’re in “Troubleshooting” mode, which would normally affect the frontend of your website. I would suggest to start with activating only the GiveWP plugin, and see if you experience the same behavior and console error. If not, then you can enable a few plugins at a time to see which one causes the conflict.

Let us know how things go! 🙂

Thank you for your answer and thanks for the tip!

I’ve disabled all plugins and changed the theme on a test site, but the problem persists on mobile.

    Kind regards

    Thanks for the update!

There still seems to be something conflicting as it won’t display even on the dedicated donation form page https://sosgaza.be/donations/sos-gaza-donatie-formulier/. It begins to display, then stops. I’m also still seeing a new jquery error in the browser console:

Can you deactivate all plugins, switch to a basic theme, and leave the test site in that state please? After that, if that jquery error still remains and the form won’t display on a mobile device, please let us know so we can test as well.

    Best regards,

    Hello @diederikdm

It’s been a while since we’ve heard back, and I know troubleshooting needs a little extra time. I’m marking this as resolved for now, but if you still have questions, you can reply right here, and I’ll be happy to hop back in.

    Have a great day! 🙂
