    Hi @njjobmarketrob,

It seems that a regular password is being used. Since your account has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you need to use an app password instead.

    What is an App Password?
An app password is a special, automatically generated password that allows apps or services that don’t support 2FA to access your account. It ensures your account stays secure even when 2FA is required.

How to create an App Password:

    1. Go to myaccount.microsoft.com
    2. Navigate to Security Info
    3. Click Add Method and choose App Password
    4. Follow the instructions to generate a new password

Use this app password in place of your regular password for the app or service. This will bypass the 2FA requirement safely.

    Best Regards!
