That’s because Norebro is a commercial product. WordPress support volunteers are not given access to commercial products… so we’re unable to install the Norebro theme and help you troubleshoot and fix this.
Please get in touch with the vendor you purchased the theme from for support. They built and sold the theme, and should be in the best position to help you resolve this.

Yes, I understand. However, I bought the license a while ago and support has expired. I don’t expect you to know exactly what is wrong, just if any of you had knowledge on why this might not work within WordPress, since I’m in the dark.
I actually checked your website. But I didn’t see any error in the browser’s developer console that could have pointed to a possible cause.
So as there’s no “error” on the site, there’s no way someone without access to the theme can figure this out for you.
