Hi,
I use acf for my posts and when I save a post Could it be possible to send sms automatically using this code that is made to send sms manually using submit button .

Hi, you must be more clear. In general it’s needed to have a custom notification type to send SMS, it’s not something which will work out of the box.

Sorry…What i mean is because you plugin can DO SOMETHING when a post is published (so when a ACF form is saved) coud it in the same time execute this script that is usually trigged with a submit button ?

Yes it’s possible and we should get an official Twilio integration within a few months. If you are in rush it’s possible to register your own notification type, I wrote about it on SmashingMagazine.
