SMS feature Doesnt work

Hello,
I followed your supporting document about SMS and still havent got it to work. I set up an account with Plivo added funds bought a number inputted the correct ID and code but still not working within the plugin.
I tested SMS within Plivo it worked fine, I tested it on my website nothing went through, I tested it again using the plugin test it shows error “Please check Plivo setting”. Plivo confirmed my setting information was correct and now I’m left clueless, please help!
