SMS not notifying admin

    I’ve used your plugin with Twilio and all my tests are working but when an order comes in it did not notify the admin by text message.

    I see about 1 year ago someone said if customer opted out of notification then admin did not receive one. This was something I considered. Was this ever resolved?

    Please advise.
