For the SMS part, did you try to manually send a text on https://www.doapi.us/ with your phone number?
Yep, I tried from WordPress.
Secondly I tried from the https://www/doapi.us/
Thirdly there’s another link on the page further down in WordPress and it didn’t work when I clicked on it.

No issue here. Did you try to test a directly msg to your phone from https://www.doapi.us/ ?
It says it got queued but have not received anything.
Should it be immediate?

Yes it will be right away. I think it might be something wrong between your phone number and the gateway. You can temporarily disable the plugin by rename the folder to get yourself login to wp-admin, or use wp cli to generate a password less link to login.
