SMS Notification

    I am a beginner user so, pardon my ignorance.

    Is it possible to use SMS as a notification?
    I just think it is very convenient for the client to receive a text message and/instead of email.

    I really like the solution on the live previews but I am looking for an SMS solution.

    Hi @allanientz,

    there is a extension plugin that allow you to connect EA with Twilio SMS system. Then you customers can receive SMS notification when Appointments is created and also a reminder like one hour before appointment. 🙂

    Hi Nikola

    Are you planning on making SMS two way. We are going to use the plugin for SMS but would be nice to have a response.

    The client currently has an older SMS that goes out the day before and the customer confirms the appointment by pressing 1 on the device that confirms they will attend or 2 will not attend.

    We can probably code up twilio but would be good to have it part of the package.
