SMS Notification for Pending

    This is the only booking system that has all the features we need. It’s great!

    I got Twilio all set up, it’s working.

    Only problem is we want to manual confirm appointments.

    But we need an SMS to staff with new booking notification.

    Is that possible – as notification sms only seems to go out once the booking is confirmed. Would be extra useful to include seperate text for it, such as link to the booking to confirm.

    Hi,

    an email is sent to the salon administrator with the link to confirm the reservation.
