Dear Support,

We would like to send SMS notifications to the contacts in FluentCRM based on certain triggers, e.g. new post / page / new woocommerce order / …

How can this be done?

Hi @beachholiday,

FluentCRM doesn’t have any SMS sending feature that this moment but we do have this feature in our roadmap.

You can still send SMS notifications by using the outgoing webhook feature of FluentCRM and connecting it with Twillio or other SMS services through the webhook.
