• I have just started using your plugin and testing it on my site I have noticed a problem. I am currently using WP-Mail SMTP which is set to sending all my emails.

When a user creates a support ticket, the notification email works perfectly, and their message is sent via SMTP.

When I log in and reply to a ticket, the reply notification they receive seems to be a PHP email, and it includes all the PHP settings that users won’t understand and shouldn’t see.

It seems the reply is bypassing the default wordpress / WP-Mail SMTP settings I have in place. Is there any way to ensure the email protocol for a reply is the same as the initial user notification, so it is not sent by PHP?

    Many Thanks,

    Kieran
