SMTP Error

    Hello,

    When clients are scheduling their appointments on the site, it is not sending out the notifications. When I added your plugin and tested it, it is giving me this error:

    CLIENT -> SERVER: EHLO passthebaton-payitforward.com
    CLIENT -> SERVER: AUTH LOGIN
    CLIENT -> SERVER: bWFjaGVsbGVmb3N0ZXJAcGFzc3RoZWJhdG9uLXBheWl0Zm9yd2FyZC5jb20=
    CLIENT -> SERVER: RXBoZXNpYW5zJDY6MTA=
    SMTP ERROR: Password command failed: 535 Incorrect authentication data
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

    I have checked the settings for the username and password and everything is correct. Can you please help with this issue. Thank you.

    Hi, have you spoken to your host about this issue? It seems that your settings are not correct and therefore our plugin cannot communicate with your server. Or there is something else happening in your server.
