    Hi,
We are facing an issue when sending emails that says SMTP Error: data not accepted. We looked at others posts having the same problem, and we did everything said in them. However it did not solve our problem, and the more weird about it is that sometimes the emails are sent and sometimes not, without doing anything. Could you please hlep us out?
    Thanks a lot,
    Regards.

    Hi @gmuela,
Thanks for reaching out! In most cases, you may experience the error “data not accepted” because of the following reasons.

    1) You have authenticated the WP Mail SMTP plugin using one email address ([email protected]) but you’re trying to send an email using a different email address ([email protected]).

    2) Your email provider is not allowing you to use a different “reply-to” email. In that case, you need to use the same WP Mail SMTP authenticated email as your “reply-to” email.

    3) You’re trying to send an email notification with an attachment, but you have exceeded the attachment size limitation.

I hope this helps to troubleshoot the issue.
    Thanks! 🙂
