SMTP Error: data not accepted

    Hi,

    I tried to solve the issue but with no luck. I don’t understand what happened. But i got this message on my WP Mail SMTP plugin. Hope you can help me.

    My work has to websites and it happened on both with the samme error message.

    Hi @jasmindw

    Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Other SMTP mailer.

    Based on the error message I assume you are connecting to the Outlook SMTP server?

    First off, please ensure that you have not only followed the general steps of the Other SMTP mailer but also the steps outlined in this section of our documentation.

    Also, ensure that you have generated an app password.

    Lastly, please ensure that you are using the email address you authorized the connection with in the “From Email” field. If not, that will cause an error.
