SMTP Error: data not accepted

    Hi,

    Im using WP Mail logging plugin but im having som troubles since 2024-07-03. I am not receiving the messages my customers send to me by the WP form on my site. When i look in the email log the messages is there but every message has an error (SMTP Eroor: data not accepted).

    I have never had any problem with this plugin before. I need to resend the messages after this is fixed so that i can reply them. I have not updated the plugin or changed the SMTP settings yet becuse im afraid the logs will be deleted.

    Im very grateful if you could help me fix this and still keep the logs so i can resend the messages.

    It seems like the problem is with WPForms lite.

    Event log:

    Type: Error

    Date:

    Mailer: Övrig SMTP
    SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Policy violation: unauthorized use of sender address
    SMTP code: 550 Additional SMTP info: 5.7.1
