But what about the “smtp password user” ?
Have I got to use :

– my gmail password ?
– my Worpdress admin password ?

Because when I fill SMTP Mailer with my Worpdress admin password, I can’t log anymore and the admin password is changed into “Safari auto refill”.

So which password should I use for SMTP Mailer ?

I set : [email protected] and the password of this gmail account and this is what I get :

I don’t understand for in the documentation, “smtp username” is just the beginning of the adress mail without gmail.com, you can see it there : https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/smtp-mailer/

To you, what’s the problem ? Can you help me please ?

Then, can I leave blank “sender mail adress” and “sender name” ?

As I said formerly, test emails are sent from my gmail adress to the same gmail adress. How can I change to have the proper customer sender adress ? What is the correct setting ?
